1.1 This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs all deliveries of products purchased from MINI FUNC PTY LTD (ABN: 91680385611) (“we”, “our”, or “us”) through our website.

1.2 By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.

1.3 This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Definitions

2.1 “Australian Consumer Law” means Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

2.2 “Business Day” means a day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday in the state or territory where the order is being delivered.

2.3 “Order” means a request to purchase products submitted through our website.

2.4 “Product” means any item available for purchase on our website.

3. Shipping Method

3.1 All orders are shipped via standard letter mail service through Australia Post.

3.2 Letter mail does not include tracking information or delivery confirmation.

3.3 We do not offer express shipping, registered post, or courier services at this time.

4. Shipping Timeframes

4.1 Average delivery timeframes within Australia are as follows:

  • Metro areas: 3-5 Business Days
  • Regional areas: 5-7 Business Days
  • Remote areas: 7-10 Business Days

4.2 These timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control including but not limited to postal service delays, public holidays, and extreme weather events.

4.3 Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 Business Days of receipt.

5. Non-Receipt of Orders

5.1 If you have not received your order within the following timeframes, you should contact our Customer Service team:

  • Metro areas: 10 Business Days from dispatch
  • Regional areas: 15 Business Days from dispatch
  • Remote areas: 20 Business Days from dispatch

5.2 To report a non-received order, please contact us at hello@minifunc.com.au with your order number and delivery address.

5.3 Claims for non-received orders must be made within 30 days of the order date.

6. Replacement of Non-Received Orders

6.1 In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we will replace or refund orders that have not been received within the timeframes specified in clause 5.1, subject to verification.

6.2 We reserve the right to:

  • Request additional information to verify your claim
  • Refuse replacement where we have reasonable grounds to believe the order was delivered
  • Limit replacements to one per customer for untracked items where delivery issues persist

7. International Shipping

7.1 We currently do not offer international shipping.

8. Change of Address

8.1 Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.

8.2 It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order.

9. Our Liability

9.1 Without limiting your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for:

  • Delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
  • Loss or damage occurring after delivery to the specified address
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by you
