This Refund and Returns Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions under which MINI FUNC PTY LTD (ABN: 91680385611) (referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”) handles product returns, replacements, and refunds. This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read in conjunction with them.

2. Definitions

  • Defect: A manufacturing fault that significantly impacts the product’s functionality or safety, excluding normal characteristics of 3D printed items
  • Normal Characteristics: Features inherent to 3D printed products, including visible layer lines, minor surface variations, and small imperfections that do not affect functionality
  • Shipping Method: The delivery service used to send your order, which may include letter post without tracking

3. Our No Drama Llama Promise

We stand behind our products with our No Drama Llama Promise:

  • If your product breaks during normal use within 180 days of receipt, we will provide both a full refund and one free replacement
  • This promise is limited to one refund and replacement per original purchase
  • The promise does not cover damage from misuse, modification, or accidents
  • Refund will be processed within 5 business days of approved claim

4. Manufacturing Characteristics

Our products are manufactured using 3D printing technology. As such:

  • Visible layer lines are a normal characteristic of the manufacturing process
  • Minor variations in surface finish may occur
  • Small imperfections that do not affect functionality are considered normal
  • Color may vary slightly from photos due to screen differences and printing materials

5. Return Process

5.1 To initiate a return or replacement:

  • Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Include your order number
  • Provide clear, well-lit photos that show:
    • The entire item
    • Close-up shots of any defects or damage
    • Multiple angles of the issue
  • Wait for return authorisation before sending any items back
  • Package items securely to prevent damage during transit

5.2 Photo requirements:

  • Photos must be in focus and well-lit
  • Include a plain background where possible
  • For size issues, include a ruler or common object for scale
  • For functional issues, photos should demonstrate the problem
  • Digital photos must be in JPG or PNG format

5.3 Return shipping costs:

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service
  • We are not responsible for items lost during return transit

6. Refund Eligibility

6.1 You are entitled to a refund if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect that significantly impacts functionality
  • The product received is materially different from what was ordered
  • The product arrives damaged (subject to shipping method limitations)

6.2 Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Normal characteristics of 3D printed products as described in Section 4
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection (where dimensions were clearly stated)
  • Items damaged during return shipping

7. Shipping Method Considerations

For items shipped via letter post:

  • Tracking information may not be available
  • Delivery time estimates are approximate
  • Claims for non-receipt must be made within 14 days
  • We recommend selecting tracked shipping for valuable items

8. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This Policy does not limit or exclude any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
