Our Products

Our products are created using 3D printing technology with PLA (Polylactic Acid), an industrially biodegradable material made from renewable resources. This environmentally friendly plastic is sturdy, durable, and can be processed in industrial composting facilities at the end of its life cycle.

Yes, this is completely normal. 3D printed items have visible layer lines and minor surface variations as standard features of the printing process, not defects. Additionally, colors may appear slightly different than in photos due to variations in screen displays and the properties of the printing materials.

Ordering & Shipping

Estimated delivery times within Australia are:

  • Metro areas: 3-5 business days
  • Regional areas: 5-7 business days
  • Remote areas: 7-10 business days

We ship all orders via standard letter mail through Australia Post. This means your items will arrive with your regular mail and do not include tracking information.

If you haven’t received your order within 10-20 business days (depending on your location), contact us at hello@minifunc.com.au with your order number and delivery address.

Currently, we only ship within Australia.

The No Drama Llama Promise

Our No Drama Llama Promise is our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. If your item breaks during normal use within 365 days of receiving it, we’ll provide both a full refund AND send you a replacement item.

Simply contact us within 180 days of receiving your order, send clear photos showing the issue, and we’ll process your refund within 5 business days and send a replacement. No need to return the original item.

Returns & Refunds

There are two scenarios for returns:

  1. Standard Returns (Within 14 days)

    • If the product has a manufacturing defect affecting functionality

    • If the product received is materially different from what was ordered

    • If the product arrives damage

  2. No Drama Llama Promise (Within 180 days):

    • If your product breaks during normal use within 180 days, you’re eligible for both a full refund AND a replacement item

Returns are not accepted for normal characteristics of 3D printed products (like visible layer lines), change of mind, or incorrect size selection where dimensions were clearly stated.

Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order, include your order number, and provide clear photos showing the issue.
